As the Museum’s Art Director and Exhibition Designer, I was involved in the design and renovation of the internal spaces of the newly created museum of Ancient Greek Technology Kotsanas, including structural alterations, furnishings, lighting and colour schemes for each space. Furthermore I worked on the concept and designing of the exhibition’s displays, the marketing materials and the designing and development of the museum’s website.

The central theme driving the museum’s artistic design is the incorporation of Linear B, the script of Ancient Greece, as a symbolic and aesthetic element. Each exhibition space and informational panel in the museum features carefully selected ancient Greek letters or characters from the Linear B script, corresponding to the specific category or theme of the exhibit. This not only connects visitors to the deep historical roots of Greek civilization but also creates a cohesive visual language throughout the museum. The script serves as both a decorative element and an educational tool, subtly weaving the story of Ancient Greece into the overall visitor experience.
